About Busisiwe Sibiya
I am a South African admitted attorney and Employment Lawyer with over six years’ post-qualification experience. Before joining Monaco Solicitors, I practised in litigation and labour and employment law in South Africa, developing extensive experience in complex disputes, legal strategy, evidence assessment and client advocacy.
I take a meticulous and strategic approach to every matter, with a strong focus on understanding the facts, identifying the key issues and developing a clear strategy tailored to each client’s circumstances. My litigation background has taught me the importance of thorough preparation, attention to detail and practical problem-solving, particularly when navigating complex or contentious disputes.
I find employment law particularly rewarding because workplace disputes can be both legally complex and deeply personal, often having a significant impact on an individual’s livelihood and wellbeing. I therefore aim to provide clear, practical and reassuring guidance, helping clients understand their legal position and the options available to them while remaining focused on achieving a fair, effective and commercially sound resolution.
