About Alex Thorpe
I am meticulous in legal research, drafting documents and assisting clients. I come from a background in employment law, assisting employees with various workplace issues from discrimination claims to unfair dismissal.
My strengths in communication allow me to cut through the legal jargon and explain complex legal processes in a manner tailored to the client’s concerns. My in-depth knowledge of key employment law legislation – particularly the Equality Act 2010 and Employment Rights Act 1996 – allows me to quickly identify the strengths and weaknesses of the case, so that the client is fully informed of which strategy would be most effective to achieve their desired result.
I have also worked for 3 years in criminal defence, providing high-quality legal analysis of cases and receiving excellent client feedback following outstanding outcomes both in and out of Court.
